DMH Aesthetics Consumer Policy


DMH Aesthetics accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and DMH Gift Cards as a method of payment. We also have custom financing packages available. Most of our treatments require consumable & disposable applicators that we purchase specifically for you, therefore all purchases & deposits are strictly final. Checks not accepted. ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their treatment goals. All consultations are always complimentary! All consultations are 15-30 minutes.

With all medical devices and pharmaceuticals, there are no guarantees in medicine. While medical treatments are put through clinical studies to determine their safety and efficacy, there are always going to be a percentage of people who do not see efficacy, with any drug/medical device. As stated in the medical literature in which clinical studies are published, not everyone will respond the same to treatment, and the results depend on a variety of factors such as degree of laxity of the treated skin, healing response of the patient, and genetic predisposition.

A little known fact (at least in the minds of consumers) is that COSMETIC ELECTIVE PROCEDURES such as Botox, Juvederm , Laser and others require a prescription in the state of California. Because of this fact, a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant is supposed to examine the patient before a Registered Nurse renders services. We do require every patient at our facility to go through this procedure because we believe in strictly adhering to the laws and regulations set forward by the medical and nursing boards of California. A $25 fee will be applied per yearly exam.

A confirmation email is sent out within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time as a reminder. However it is your responsibility to maintain your appointment.

Check in with the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical clinic, we require that all new clients fill out a health history information and treatment consent forms. For your convenience, these forms will be emailed to you before your consultation date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and encourage you to leave valuables at home.

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other clients ' sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible; however, with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a " no-show" and charged for 100% of your service fee.

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of treatment scheduled. All services cancelled or rescheduled the day of appointment will be charged at 100% of service price. If the scheduled appointment is for a reoccurring treatment and payment is not being applied that day, then you will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes missed.

A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please bring in the product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit toward one of our services, or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase.
